Our mission

Advertising is essential to fund free content online.

Our goal is to maximize publishers’ revenue by allowing them to monetize ad-blocked audiences.

We collect data to build aggregated double-tracking statistics to ensure monitoring that allows us to track operations’ proper execution and optimize yield.

D-Block is committed to processing all personal data in compliance with data protection regulations (French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and GDPR).

Data Processed by D-Block

To build the aggregated statistics necessary for the proper functioning of its services, D-Block collects the IP addresses of users browsing the sites where it operates. No other personal identifiers are used.

The data is never processed individually and is promptly deleted after aggregation.

Your Rights

Right of Access: You may access the data processed by D-Block at any time. We will send you a file containing all the data.

Right to Rectification: You may request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data at any time.

Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Right to Restriction: You may request the restriction of data processing to storage only for reasons specified in Article 18 of the GDPR, namely: (a) while correcting data under your right to rectification, (b) if the data is still required for legal claims, or (c) while verifying the conditions for the right to object.

Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your data at the earliest possible time.

Right to Withdraw Consent: For any processing based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

You can exercise these rights by writing to the DPO at D-Block or sending a letter to the company’s address.

Processing of Personal Data

Duration: The maximum retention period for personal data is 30 days. No archival storage is maintained beyond this period.

Location: Data is hosted in Google’s data center in Saint Ghislain, Belgium, a third-party host located in Europe.

Security: Google Cloud ensures data encryption both in transit and at rest (link), as well as physical security for its data centers (link).

Changes to the Privacy Policy

D-Block reserves the right to update this privacy policy, particularly to comply with current regulatory recommendations.
